Using the public website

Start with the public boundary

Does the public website collect health details?

No. The public website does not ask for symptoms, results, records, medications, or other personal health information. Read the Privacy Notice for the current public posture.

Can I enter test results here?

No. Nurture + Nourish does not collect, store, or interpret personal test results. Use Testing Literacy for general vocabulary only.

Privacy and sharing

Keep sensitive information outside the website

What should I ask before sharing a result outside this website?

Ask the outside organization who can see it, why it is requested, whether sharing is optional, and how records are handled. Start with Privacy and Records. Do not send results to Nurture + Nourish.

Can I send records, screenshots, or lab information to support?

No. Keep records, screenshots, results, identity documents, payment details, and other sensitive information outside Nurture + Nourish support. Review Support first.

Product support

Use support only for bounded product questions

What should I leave out of a support message?

Leave out symptoms, results, records, medications, partner details, identity documents, payment details, emergency details, and clinical questions.

What kinds of questions belong in support?

Support is limited to product access, public website behavior, local/static product behavior, and privacy-boundary questions. It is not a clinical or personal-health channel.

Can support help with clinical or medical questions?

No. Support cannot review health details, interpret results, recommend next steps, diagnose, prescribe, or route care.

Is there an urgent or emergency support pathway?

No. Nurture + Nourish does not provide emergency response, crisis response, clinical monitoring, personal-safety monitoring, or guaranteed urgent response. Use appropriate local emergency, crisis, or licensed professional resources outside Nurture + Nourish.

Testing and records education

Prepare vocabulary without personal interpretation

Where can I learn general testing and result words?

Start with Testing Literacy for vocabulary and Privacy and Records for sharing and record-handling questions. These pages do not interpret personal results.

Can Nurture + Nourish explain a test result or tell me what to do next?

No. Nurture + Nourish provides general vocabulary only and cannot determine what a result means for you or what action applies.

How can I prepare records or clinic questions without uploading personal information?

Use Privacy and Records and the public visit-preparation materials to organize neutral questions. Do not upload or send records, screenshots, or health details.

Preparing conversations

Use neutral public wording

Where can I prepare general fertility, reproductive-health, or related privacy questions?

Use Reproductive Health and Privacy and Records for public vocabulary and privacy questions. The site does not assess fertility, predict outcomes, or decide care.

Where can I prepare menopause or midlife questions?

Use Reproductive Health and Visit Prep for general wording. The site does not interpret symptoms or recommend treatment.

How can I prepare supportive language without pressure?

Use Conversations for neutral public wording and Support for the product-support boundary. Nurture + Nourish does not coach private relationships, assess safety, contact another person, or route care.

Important limits

Use this as calm public education, not care. Nurture + Nourish does not diagnose, prescribe, order tests, interpret results, determine eligibility, rank urgency, route care, sync PHI, process payments, or replace a qualified professional.
